Barrier-free Environment

Photo:Barrier-free Environment The museum is accessible for people who are physically or mentally challenged. It is equipped with barrier-free parking, elevator, clear signs and symbols, ramp, railings, Tactile Braille pathways, a wheelchair height public telephone, barrier-free restrooms, seats for people who use wheelchair, voice guidance system, Tactile Braille markings and wheelchairs for patron use.

Parking Lots

The underground parking lot of the Northern Area can accommodate 380 cars; the ground level parking can accommodate 40 buses. The parking lot in the South Complex can accommodate 123 cars. .

Cafe and Gift Shop

	The cafe and the gift shop are located in the basement. As they have separate entrances, visitors need not to purchase admission tickets to visit the two places. Museum visitors will have to leave the museum to go to the cafe or the gift shop.
	A cafe is available on the 2F of the exhibition hall and a small gift shop is located on the ground floor inside the museum.

Guided Tour Service

	Groups (over 20 people): Advanced reservation required.
	Science Exploration: Information is available at the information desk of main lobby and at the entrance of each exhibition gallery.
	Audio Tour rental is available.
