“Magic Land” is a time-traveling, sound and light fantasy world that blends the ancient with the futuristic. The exhibition hall features a simulated medieval European castle, essentially a display of science in the theme of sound and light . Through immersive settings and diverse interactive displays, it allows young visitors to experience the magic and beauty of science.
The exhibition hall is composed of three main areas, each with a unique guardian spirit to guide children through their scientific explorations:
- The Magical Sound Forest: Guarded by the guardian spirit, Big-eared Elf, this area showcased the science of sound. Children can see, hear, and even touch sound, engaging in various sound-related explorations and experiments.
- The Phantom Village: Overseen by the guardian, the Big-Eyed Monster, this area displays the science of images. Using mirrors and multimedia imaging technology, children can experience the dazzle of light reflection and refraction and enjoy playing hide-and-seek in the Phantom Village.
- The Castle of Light: This is the home of the guardian sprit, Baby Liang-liang, showcasing the science of light. Through various scientific principles and mysteries of light, fun challenges and puzzles are designed to test the wisdom and courage of children entering the castle.
This exhibition hall is suitable for children aged 6 to 12, parents with their children, and visitors of all ages interested in the science of sound and light.
Feel free to visit and don’t miss the “Party of Light and Shadow”, showing on the hour at the “Castle of Light,” where you can experience the magical charm of light and shadow interplay!
