Lost and found

Lost item definition

Any unclaimed item or cash valued more than NT$500 (considered as valuable belonging), or items and cash valued under NT$500 (considered general item) and identity documents found inside NSTM or in the courtyard may be considered as lost items.

Lost item announcement

  1. Lost item recovered daily will be announced on NSTM’s website within a week for one whole month.
  2. Details announced include: recovery date, location, item category, and item name.

Lost item collection

  1. Owner of lost item must collect it at the NSTM front desk during opening hours by presenting ID. 
  2. When collecting the lost item, the owner will be asked about the date and time when the item was lost, as well as to describe the characteristics of the item lost. 
  3. After confirming that the item is identical to that described in the “Lost and Found Claim Form”, the owner will be asked to present their ID, leave a contact number, and collect the lost item. Online lost and found inquiry.
