🏛️博物館不只是保存文化記憶的場所，更是連結社群、回應當代議題、促進理解與對話的重要公共空間。在多元文化、社會共融與文化永續等全球關注議題中，博物館持續發揮跨越地域與文化界線的重要影響力。

⭐國際博物館協會民族誌博物館委員會（ICOM ICME）將於 2026 年 10 月 20 日至 22 日在高雄國立科學工藝博物館舉辦年度國際研討會，主題為「復原與再生：民族誌博物館作為療癒、延續與轉化的場域」，邀請來自世界各地的博物館專業者、研究者、教育工作者及文化實踐者齊聚臺灣，共同交流博物館如何回應當代社會挑戰，促進文化理解、社群參與與知識共享。

🌐 本屆年會已收到來自全球超過 45 個國家、近 200 篇摘要投稿，來自世界各地的研究人員、博物館專業人員及策展人將齊聚高雄，共同參與這場跨越文化與國界的國際對話。

🌏 This October, Kaohsiung will become a global stage for museum professionals to connect, exchange ideas, and engage in dialogue!

🏛️ Museums are more than places that preserve cultural memory. They are vital public spaces that connect communities, respond to contemporary issues, and foster understanding and dialogue. In addressing global concerns such as cultural diversity, social inclusion, and cultural sustainability, museums continue to play an influential role across geographic and cultural boundaries.

⭐ The International Council of Museums – Committee for Museums and Collections of Ethnography (ICOM-ICME) will hold its annual conference at the National Science and Technology Museum in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, from 20–22 October 2026. Museum professionals, researchers, educators, and cultural practitioners from around the world are invited to gather in Taiwan to explore how museums can respond to contemporary challenges while promoting cultural understanding, community engagement, and knowledge sharing.

🌐 This year's conference has already received nearly 200 abstract submissions from more than 45 countries worldwide. Researchers, museum professionals, and curators from across the globe will gather in Kaohsiung to take part in this international dialogue that transcends cultural and national boundaries.
